Our offices are built to last using the best products on the market. We use a combination of pre-insulated panels and bespoke built timber frame systems to suit your needs.

We have a range of different products, which vary in style and size, but we also offer a complete bespoke build service to meet your exact requirements. With that being said, our typical installation time would be over a 3 day span depending on size and location.
We offer 2 types of bases as standard, either using ground screw technology or a concrete base, depending on services and location. A survey will be done by one of our team before we produce your final quote. We would do the same for any existing bases.
Our basic range comes as standard with premium cladding, EDPM roof, fully insulated, aluminium doors and glazing system, internally finished ready for you to add your own electrical install and furnishings.

To complete your office/garden room to the highest specification, we have a selection of some great additional features available:

Basic electrical installation (includes led down lights and 2 x 2 way sockets) ready to be connected by your or our installer.

Premium electrical install ( includes led down light, indirect led lighting, 4 x usb sockets, data connection, 2 x external lights, lx external sockets)

Green roofs and herb walls.

Internal fit out (includes desks shelves and other storage space)

Additional decking space.
